About

I’m a licensed therapist in TN who works with children, teens, and college age. I believe in utilizing creative approaches like sand tray, play, art, and other forms of creativity to enhance the healing process (and also because they go way beyond typical talk and are generally even fun!). I hold two Masters degrees, one in writing and the other clinical counseling, and I have extensive training in expressive arts therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, and nature-based therapy. I’ve taught college, tutored writing, and served in ministry for years. When I’m not in sessions with clients, I run a small-scale flower farm with my family where we sell bouquets and do floral workshops. We also raise cream golden retriever puppies on our farm. Hiking and standing in awe of God’s creation are my favorite ways to reset. Fleetwood Mac and Lynyrd Skynyrd are usually on in my house.

I’m Lindsay

I’m on a mission to help kids, teens, and college-age embrace who God made them to be – not stressed and stuck in spirals but joyful, confident, and purpose-driven. Here I share my creative approaches to therapy – like art, sand tray, and play – that work. Life is rich in color and texture, so let’s make the therapy experience match that.
